Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates: Orders of 1-2 critters ship for a $4.99 flat rate. Orders of 3 or more critters ship free.

Processing and delivery: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes about 1-2 weeks after that. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking: You'll get an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates. If you order several critters, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address changes: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Email snoozecritters@gmail.com right away if you need to fix it. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.

Lost or late packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days or your order never arrives, email snoozecritters@gmail.com and we'll reship it or refund you.
